How do I update my shipping address?
Please note that after your order has shipped, you can not change the shipping address. If you have concerns that you may not be at your shipping address in late May/early June when your wristbands will be delivered please contact Festival Ticketing Support to have your order held at the Box Office.
If you would like to change your shipping address after your order is processed, you may do so by logging in to your account following these steps.
1. Log in to your Festival Ticketing account, here: ElectricForestFestival.com/TicketingLogin
2. Logged in, you will then select the Orders tab and locate the order you wish to update. When you find the order, click the arrow at the right to open the order.
3. Once you have the order opened select the Delivery tab. Input the new shipping information and select "Update Shipping Address" at the bottom.
