I can't find my Ticket / Wristband / Order

If you have not already, log in to your Festival Ticketing account here:

On a desktop computer, "My Account" will be in the top right corner. On mobile, you will need to click the menu icon in the top right corner and then select "My Account" from there. If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot Password?" and check your email for a password reset link.

PLEASE NOTE: “Wristbands” are not the same as “Tickets” at Electric Forest! 

To locate any Wristbands in the account, visit the “Orders” section, then select the “Items” tab. All Wristbands will be listed here.

The “Tickets” section is where you will find any print-at-home Tickets you may need for Add-Ons like Parking, Group Camping, Brunches, etc. Tickets will not be available in accounts until Wristband shipping occurs.

While you are in the “Orders” section of your account, you can also change your shipping address, should you need to do that.
