I did not receive my Loyalty Code. What do I do?

Your Electric Forest Ticketing Account and your Loyalty Status are not necessarily the same. Your Loyalty Status is tracked using your Wristband Registration email and not your purchasing email.

If you still do not find your Loyalty Status email, check your spam folder and ensure you are signed up for the EF Newsletter.

If you were unsubscribed from the EF Newsletter, please submit the Loyalty Code Resend Form. This form is not a way to retroactively register a Wristband.

Failure to register your Wristband during the Wristband Registration Period will mean missing out on your Loyalty Status being updated, regardless of your attendance.
