I did not receive my Loyalty Code. What do I do?

Permanent Loyalty IDs have been sent to the email used for your Electric Forest Loyalty Account. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder or if you are using GMail the "Promotions" folder.

If you are still unable to find your Loyalty ID, please reach out to AXS Support.

Go to AXS Support and in the bottom right you should see a “Chat with Us” button. You will be prompted to search for possible solutions and then transferred to an agent.

Saturday-Sunday: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST
