How do I update my account information? Change my password?
Go to the login page for your Electric Forest Ticketing Account.
Select “Forgot Password” and then enter the email address for your account. You will receive an email within a few minutes, and a link to reset your password.
For any additional account changes please reach out to AXS Tickets. The best way to do this is through the online chat feature.
Go to AXS Support and in the bottom right you should see a “Chat with Us” button. You will be prompted to search for possible solutions and then transferred to an agent.
