Yes, however it varies by service provider. It's often difficult to get reception, please plan accordingly and decide on a meetup location with friends if you expect difficulties.

If you have mobile delivery for Add-On Pass purchases, you can still access these without cell reception. To do so, please make sure to log in and view the ticket on your mobile device prior to losing reception. Your mobile device will store a valid copy of the pass within the app.
