How do I update my shipping address?


To confirm or update your shipping information, log in to your Electric Forest FanAccount before May 2, 2025.


Please note, if you placed multiple orders, you will need to confirm or update your Shipping Address on each order.


For help with your Electric Forest FanAccount please reach out to AXS.

Go to AXS Support and in the bottom right you should see a “Chat with Us” button. You will be prompted to search for possible solutions and then transferred to an agent.

Saturday-Sunday: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST
