My order did not arrive, something is missing, help!?!
Shipping has begun and is ongoing. Please be patient as orders are sent in batches and not in the order received. A friend getting a shipping confirmation email before you, does not indicate that your order has been missed. If you order items separately, they will be shipped separately, with multiple shipping confirmation emails.
If your package does not arrive or anything is incorrect about the order you receive, please stop by the Box Office when you arrive. Re-shipments are not available.
