How do I fix my Loyalty Status?


Loyalty Recognition for Electric Forest 2023 has ended. The Loyalty Recognition has temporarily been closed so that HQ can process requests. The form will be back shortly for year-round Loyalty Recognition, more details soon!

If you received a Loyalty Tier email but did not receive your Loyalty ID email please check your Spam Folder. If you are still unable to find your Loyalty ID email, reach out to AXS Support.

Go to AXS Support and in the bottom right you should see a “Chat with Us” button. You will be prompted to search for possible solutions and then transferred to an agent.

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM CST
Saturday-Sunday: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST
