I’m not receiving Loyalty emails, what do I do?


If you are not receiving emails, first check your Spam or “Promotions” folder. Make sure that you have white-listed the @electricforestfestival.com domain in your preferred email client as well

You may also want to confirm you’re opted-in to receive email communications from Electric Forest - head to ElectricForest.com/newsletter to sign up for updates from HQ again. Unsubscribing from the EF Newsletter will mean you no longer receive any marketing emails from HQ, including Loyalty emails.

Please note that re-registering may take a few days, and emails from HQ including any requested via the Loyalty Lookup Tool may not immediately be available.

If you are still unable to receive emails, you can reference the Loyalty Lookup Tool for your Loyalty ID and the Loyalty page for access to the Loyalty On Sale for your Loyalty Tier without having needed to receive an email.
