How do I change my Loyalty Email?
To change the permanent email address associated with your Electric Forest Loyalty Account, please complete the Recognition Form titled "I want to change the permanent email address associated with my Loyalty."
You will need to provide the current email address associated with your Loyalty, your Loyalty ID, and the new email address you want associated with your Loyalty.
Always use the same permanent email and Loyalty ID when purchasing passes and registering your Wristband for a seamless Loyalty experience.
