How do I get a Loyalty Pin?
First, remember that Loyalty Benefits are only available to those that purchase during the Loyalty On Sale Period using their Loyalty ID and email address associated with your Loyalty Account regardless of your Loyalty Status.
Loyalty Pins are automatically added to eligible orders in the spring prior to Wristbands shipping out. Please check your AXS Fan Account to see if Loyalty Pins are listed on your order.
If you did purchase using a Loyalty Code and your Loyalty Email Address, please ensure that it was a 4 in The Forest Loyalty ID or higher. GA and Good Life Loyalty do not receive Loyalty Pins.
Lastly, 4 in The Forest is for those that have attended 4 prior years. You unlock 4 in The Forest Loyalty Status when registering your fourth Wristband, which means the first time you qualify for 4 in The Forest Loyalty Benefits is when purchasing for your fifth year.
