I didn’t get my Loyalty Pin, what do I do?

First, remember that Loyalty Benefits are only available to those that purchase using their Loyalty ID regardless of your Loyalty Status.

If you did purchase using a Loyalty Code please ensure that it was a 4 in The Forest Loyalty ID or higher. GA and Good Life Loyalty do not receive Loyalty Pins.

Lastly, 4 in The Forest is for those that have attended 4 prior years. You unlock 4 in The Forest Loyalty Status when registering your fourth Wristband, which means the first time you qualify for 4 in The Forest Loyalty Benefits is when purchasing for your fifth year.
