I did not receive my Loyalty ID. What should I do?

Permanent Loyalty IDs have been sent to the email used for your Electric Forest Loyalty Account. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder or if you are using GMail the "Promotions" folder.

If you are still unable to find your Loyalty ID, please use the Loyalty Lookup Tool to resend your Loyalty ID email. You can find that, here:
