What is Mobile ID?
Mobile ID is a ticket delivery method used for some Add-On Passes. You will not receive the items below in your mailer.
- All Early Arrival Passes (GA Vehicle Early Arrival, Back 40 Camping Early Arrival, etc)
- Group Camping (Group Leaders will be responsible for distributing to Group Members)
- All Add-On Forest Food & Exclusive Tour Experiences
You can easily access your Mobile ID passes through the EF Mobile App, or the AXS Mobile App.
Please note: your AXS Mobile ID cannot be viewed from your AXS FanAccount or a web browser.
