What if my phone does not have service, how can I access my Mobile ID purchases?
Mobile ID tickets will work without an internet connection as long as you have opened the Mobile ID previously while connected to the internet. It is advised that you do this at home or before arriving at the festival.
If you are unable to access your Mobile ID for Early Arrival, please head to the Box Office before approaching the tolls (have your order number and photo ID ready).
If you are unable to access your Mobile ID for a Add On Experience, please head to the event meeting location with your order number and photo ID, staff will help check you in.
