The Loyalty Lookup Tool is not providing my ID - how do I troubleshoot?


If the Loyalty Lookup Tool does not return an ID for your email address, there is no Loyalty attached to that email address.

Wristbands must be registered during the registration period, which closes 2-weeks after the Festival concludes. If you do not register your Wristband during this period, you will not be able to earn Loyalty credit for that year. HQ is not able to retroactively register Wristbands. Please make sure to always register your Wristband or seek help from HQ before the registration deadline should you have issues.

If you are sure you registered your Wristband, but are unable to find it, you most likely registered with a slight mistake in your email address. Typos such as @gnail.com or @gmail.con are common. Please use the “I Can’t Find My Loyalty ID” function within the Lookup Tool to troubleshoot, and then submit the Loyalty Recognition Form.
