My Loyalty Status or Tier are incorrect, how do I fix it?


If you believe that the Loyalty Status or Tier associated with your Loyalty ID via the Lookup Tool are incorrect, please submit the Recognition Form for "My Loyalty Tier is incorrect and needs to be fixed."


You will need to have information about your past purchases and registrations to complete the form. Please make sure to collect any order confirmations, registration emails, Loyalty IDs, and/or Wristband Codes before beginning the Loyalty Recognition process.
