My Loyalty Status or Tier are incorrect, how do I fix it?


If you believe that the Loyalty Status or Tier associated with your Loyalty ID are incorrect, please attempt to use the Loyalty Lookup Tool to search for additional email addresses you may have used (including common typos like @gnail.com or @gmail.con).

Should you find additional Loyalty IDs registered to email accounts you own, you can merge them using the Loyalty Recognition process, here. You will need to have information about your past purchases and registrations to complete the form. Please make sure to collect any order confirmations, registration emails, Loyalty IDs, and/or Wristband Codes before beginning the Loyalty Recognition process.
