How do I merge Loyalty IDs if I have more than one?
If you have multiple Loyalty IDs attached to multiple email addresses, you will need to use the Loyalty Recognition Portal to merge them.
You will need to have information about your past purchases and registrations to complete the form. Please make sure to collect any order confirmations, registration emails, Loyalty IDs, and/or Wristband Codes before beginning the Loyalty Recognition process.
Begin the Loyalty Recognition process via the Loyalty Lookup Tool.
