How do I use my Electric Forest Account Credit?
Here’s a Step-By-Step Guide:
Once you’ve entered the Electric Forest AXS shopping cart, add your desired passes for purchase.
On the Payment Info page of the checkout process, you will see your credit amount and select “Apply” to use the credit towards your purchase.
If you change your mind and do not want to apply the credit to your order, you can click “Remove Credit” on the same Payment Info page.
If your credit amount does not cover the order total, you will need to pay the remaining balance with a different payment method. You can enter your credit card information on the Payment Info page for the remaining balance. Payment plan option is available for the remaining balance if the remaining balance is over $100.

Where can I see my Electric Forest Account Credit?
Your Electric Forest Account Credit will be in your FanAccount.
What happens if I don't use my credit before it expires?
You will lose your credit once it expires in 12 months from the date of issuance.
Can I get an extension on my Account Credit expiration date?
The credit expires 12 months from the date of issuance. Expiration dates are unable to be modified or extended.
Can I transfer my Account Credit to a different email address?
Account Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the AXS Account Credit holder.
Can I apply my credit to another event?
Your Electric Forest Account Credit will only be available to be used toward Electric Forest purchases through AXS.
